As for all balancers in CEMB range, K8 is equipped with a sturdy mechanical structure, extremely accurate and reliable.
Manual gauge, data input from panel push button.
Brake pedal – Counterweights applications and wheel locking are eased by the handy mechanical brake pedal.
Heavy Duty – The entire range of CEMB balancers is manufactured to the strict high standards imposed by the company. Heavy duty batch balancing use doesn’t hamper even the smallest of CEMB balancers. Thanks to this sturdiness, the choice of an appropriate model is not subject to intensity of use but only to service requested. Each model differs from the other in levels of process automation and analysis capability effect on wheel.
Programs: ALU S – SPLIT – OPTIMIZATION – K8 features all the latest programs for unbalance correction. Unlimited correction modes for stick-on weights (ALU S), hidden weights behind the spokes (SPLIT) and matching (unbalance OPTIMIZATION).
Wheel guard (optional) – The extremely low spin speed enables use of machine without wheel guard. The choice of optional wheel guard protects operator and ambient from mud and water sprays. The spin cycle starts by simply lowering the wheel guard.
