Automatic detection of all wheel parameters
A system which uses a photoelectric laser and a sonar automatically detect dimensions of the first wheel without any intervention by operator. The only manual operations required are the mounting of wheel and closure of wheel guard.

Counterweight applications with laser SPOTTER
Wheel locked in position for counterweight application, LED light for luminating working area inside rim and laser SPOTTER for correct counterweight application.
Two other laser beams indicate the exact 12 o’clock position to place clip-on weights.
EMS Sonar for radial run-out measurement
The EMS Sonar, supplied as standard on machine, detects wheel eccentricity with a 0,1 mm accuracy and enables a precise diagnosis within seconds.
